Ernest A.Ostro (?-1986) was an author, reporter, and freelance journalist who wrote for the "Bennington Banner", 1962-1963; "Toledo Blade", 1964-1965; and "Washington Star". 1966-1967. He was bureau chief for N.C. News Service (Catholic news agency) and won the Catholic Press Association award for best article in 1972.
